  • If your visa is rejected, you may switch to Virtual Presentation or Virtual Participation without any deduction.
  • If you prefer to request a refund, the organizing committee will process it after receiving the official visa rejection letter from the embassy or consulate.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.
  • Processing timelines for refunds are typically 2–3 weeks.
  • Registration can also be transferred to the next edition of the conference without additional fees if preferred.
